You take full strategic ownership of our global key accounts – turning their challenges into joint opportunities. With senior-level expertise, a strong business sense, and cross-cultural understanding, you shape and implement account strategies that create lasting value across regions and industries. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, drive customer success, and ensure that Würth Elektronik remains a trusted and innovative partner. Your stage: a global platform where people, technologies and strategies connect to build relationships that matter.
  • Acting confidently: Build, manage, and expand strategic long-term relationships with key global accounts
  • Inspiring sustainably: Identify new opportunities and drive upselling to increase revenue and customer value
  • Shining professionally: Define and execute global account plans with a focus on profitability, Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure – and beyond
  • Taking care of everything: From opportunity analysis to quoting, negotiation and deal closing
  • Optimal organisation: Analyze and monitor KPIs including growth, margin, profitability and customer satisfaction; Work with Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Support

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field – MBA preferred
  • Expertise: Solid commercial mindset and a proven track record of closing complex deals at senior management level
  • Passion: Strong affinity for the electronics industry, ideally with experience in a similar key account role
  • Willingness to travel: Openness and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Communication: Confident communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Strengths: Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of self-organization
